The Insights Association (IA), the leading association representing the market research and data analytics industry, today announced the appointments of Nicole “Nici” Tomei Zwolinski as Vice President, Marketing, and Joseph Wylie as Senior Director, Membership.
The additions of Zwolinski and Wylie strengthen IA’s leadership team as it continues to execute its strategic vision, expand industry engagement, and enhance value for members across the insights ecosystem.
As Vice President, Marketing, Zwolinski will lead IA’s integrated marketing strategy, driving awareness, audience growth, member engagement, and thought leadership. She will oversee efforts to amplify IA’s role as the essential source for helping the industry “Know what’s next,” while translating research, insights, and industry expertise into compelling content and experiences.
Zwolinski brings more than 20 years of experience helping shape and grow brands across the insights, media, and marketing industries. Throughout her career, she has specialized in transforming complex research and data into compelling narratives that drive growth, strengthen thought leadership, and elevate industry voices. She has held leadership roles with organizations including Prodege, Big Village, GfK, and TNS (Kantar), where she led global brand transformations, integrated marketing strategies, and industry-leading content and event programs. Nici has been acknowledged by her peers with such awards as She Runs It – Game Changing Award from Brainwave and the Advertising Research Foundation President’s Award.

As Senior Director, Membership, Wylie will lead initiatives focused on membership growth, engagement, retention, and relationship development, helping ensure that organizations across the insights ecosystem recognize and benefit from the value of IA membership.
Wylie brings nearly a decade of experience spanning community building, association leadership, and membership engagement. Most recently, he served as Director of Global Supply at Reach Collective, where he worked across teams to enhance member experience and data quality. A well-known advocate for the profession, Wylie has served as President of the Insights Association South Central Chapter, a board member of Michigan State University’s MSMRA Program, a member of the Market Research Council’s Membership Experience Committee, and a host of MRxPros Tuesday Talks.
His industry contributions have been recognized through numerous honors, including the 2022 Insights Association Chapter Service Award, recognition as a 2024 Significant Insights Global 30 Under 30 honoree, and selection to the 2025 Greenbook Future List.
