Travel and hotel
When should I arrive, and when does the event end?
The Summit opens with lunch at 12 PM on Wednesday, February 3. Plan to be at the resort by late morning. If you're flying a long way, arriving Tuesday evening takes the pressure off.
The program ends with closing remarks at 12:30 PM on Friday, February 5, followed by a grab-and-go lunch until 1:30 PM. A flight out of Southwest Florida International around 3:30 PM or later gives you a comfortable amount of time to get to the airport.
Which airport should I fly into?
Southwest Florida International (RSW) in Fort Myers is the closest, about 30 miles from the resort. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) is about 110 miles away and can be an option if it gets you a better flight, but plan on roughly a two-hour drive to the resort.
How do I get from the airport to the resort?
The resort doesn't offer an airport shuttle. Taxis, rideshare, and rental cars are all available at RSW, and the drive is about 30 miles.
How do I book my hotel room?
We have a room block at the Naples Grande Beach Resort, 475 Seagate Drive, Naples, FL 34103.
Book your room here.
The deadline to book in the block is
January 5, 2027. Rooms tend to go quickly, so we recommend booking early.
Someone emailed me offering hotel rooms or an attendee list. Is that from IA?
No. IA does not sell attendee lists and does not authorize any outside company to book hotel rooms or handle registration. These messages are fraudulent, even if they use IA's logo or event branding. Please don't respond or share payment details. Book your room only through the official link we send you, and forward anything suspicious to
inquiries@insightsassociation.org.
Is there a parking fee?
Yes. Self-parking is $25 per car, per night, and valet is $35 per car, per night. These rates apply unless your room booking includes a parking offer.
What's the weather like in early February?
Naples is usually mild and sunny in February, with daytime highs in the 70s and cooler evenings. Several events are outdoors, including the Wednesday roundtable and reception at the North Lagoon pool area, so bring a light layer for the evenings. It also comes in handy in air-conditioned meeting rooms.
At the Summit
Where do I check in?
Registration is in the Orchid Foyer on Level 2. Stop by to pick up your badge before the opening lunch on Wednesday.
What should I wear?
Business casual. Comfortable shoes are a good idea for the Thursday excursion.
Which meals are included?
| Wednesday |
Opening lunch, plus drinks and appetizers at the evening reception |
| Thursday |
Networking breakfast, roundtable lunch, refreshments at breaks, and dinner at the off-site excursion |
| Friday |
Breakfast and a grab-and-go lunch for the road |
Wednesday dinner is on your own. The resort has five restaurants, plus marketplaces, and there are plenty more nearby. See
where to eat for ideas.
I have a dietary restriction or allergy. How do I let you know?
What is the off-site excursion?
That's a surprise until closer to the Summit. What we can tell you: it runs Thursday from 4:45 to 8 PM, and past excursions have involved a boat that moved, a boat that didn't, a giraffe, and a camel. Plan to join us. It's one of the most talked-about parts of the week.
Transportation is provided. Meet in the resort lobby, and watch for more details closer to the Summit. Dinner is included.
Is there WiFi?
Yes. WiFi details will be printed in the program book and available at registration.
Will I have any free time?
Yes. Wednesday evening after the 6 PM reception is open, as is Friday afternoon if you stay. The resort has a spa, a fitness center, beach access, and eight dining options, and Naples shopping and dining are just minutes away. See
things to do in Naples for ideas.
The program
What kinds of sessions are on the agenda?
A mix of featured speakers, panels, roundtable discussions, and attendee fireside chats, hosted by Co-Chairs Sima Vasa of Infinity Squared Ventures and Isaac Rogers of TriVoca Health. Some speakers are still being finalized. See the
full schedule for the latest.
What is "My Story: A Fireside Chat"?
A short, candid conversation with a fellow attendee about their career path, the decisions that shaped it, and what they learned along the way. There's one each day.
Do I need to prepare anything for the roundtables?
No prep required. Roundtables build on the session just before them, so come ready to share what's working, what isn't, and what you're wrestling with. For Friday's Open Forum, bring your thoughts on the opportunities and challenges you expect in the year ahead.
Are the conversations off the record?
Yes. What happens at the Summit stays at the Summit. We don't record any sessions so that you may speak openly. All discussions follow IA's
Antitrust Policy. In short, we don't discuss pricing, rates, or other competitively sensitive details.
Will there be sponsors or vendors?
No. There are no sponsors and no booths. Attendance is capped at 100, so every conversation is peer-to-peer.
Your registration
I can no longer attend. Can I send someone in my place?
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations must be sent in writing to
inquiries@insightsassociation.org at least two weeks before the Summit starts. If you cancel by then, you can choose either:
A full credit toward registration for any IA event held within 12 months (Chapter events excluded), or
A refund of your payment, minus a $300 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received after the two-week deadline aren't refundable, but you can still send a substitute. Hotel reservations are separate and must be canceled directly with the resort.
Can I bring a spouse or guest?
Guest passes are available for the Wednesday reception and the Thursday excursion. Email
inquiries@insightsassociation.org for details and pricing. Sessions and roundtables are for registered attendees only.
Do I need to be an IA member to attend next year?
First-time attendees are welcome as non-members. To return for a second or later Summit, your company needs an active IA membership.
