Beyond Siloed Studies: How to build an Effective & Efficient Research Growth Engine

1:00 PM to 2:00 PM EDT

Insights teams face a critical challenge: traditional, project-based research collects vast amounts of data, yet struggle to drive executive-level action or prove clear ROI. When brand tracking, ad testing, and pricing research operate in isolation, context gets lost, budgets are wasted, and insights die in slide decks. Join Appinio and senior insights leaders for an interactive session on how to transition from fragmented, reactive studies to a connected research system. Grounded in proven behavioral science, from Mental Availability and Category Entry Points (CEPs) to consumer psychographics, we will reveal how a unified insights foundation makes your team faster, your budget stretch further, and your strategic seat at the table permanent.

What You’ll Learn

  • The Cost of Research Silos: Why traditional, isolated trackers and ad-hoc studies fail to guide real-world decision-making or protect marketing budgets.
  • The Effectiveness Framework: How combining "The What" (CEPs & Mental Availability) with "The How" (Psychographic Positioning) enriches every downstream study, from creative testing to pricing.
  • Real-World Application: Practical perspectives from leaders navigating the transition to connected insights systems, embedding Mental Availability metrics, and driving cross-functional alignment.

How Coca-Cola Is Making Multicultural Marketing Everyone’s Job

1:00 PM to 2:00 PM EDT

As consumer identities become increasingly multidimensional, growth is constrained when cultural intelligence remains isolated within specialized teams. In partnership with Collage, Coca-Cola is embedding cultural intelligence across strategy, insights, creative, media, and measurement, transforming it from a marketing discipline into an enterprise growth capability. This session will explore how breaking down organizational silos, building cultural fluency at scale, and operationalizing inclusive growth enables teams to move beyond broad audience assumptions and drive stronger relevance, performance, and business impact across Growth Audiences.

Key Takeaways

  • How to position cultural intelligence as a driver of enterprise growth and competitive advantage.
  • Why removing organizational silos unlocks stronger growth audience engagement and business impact.
  • How cultural specificity creates broader resonance, relevance, and measurable growth.
  • How leading organizations build cultural fluency across teams, functions, and decision-making.
  • How to establish repeatable practices that embed inclusive growth into everyday business operations.

The Bot Olympics: A $50K Industry Challenge to Confront the Threat of AI Agents in Online Research

1:00 PM to 2:00 PM EDT

AI gets better at mimicking human behavior every few months, creating a new challenge for survey researchers: any detection system that works today may not work tomorrow. Rather than treating bot detection as a solved problem, CloudResearch and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) launched the Bot Olympics, a $50,000 open competition where AI agents attempt to bypass survey fraud defenses while researchers work to stop them. This webinar takes you inside that process. You'll see what happens when modern AI is tested against leading detection systems, what those results reveal about current threats, and why continuous validation is becoming essential for protecting data quality. You'll come away with a better understanding of the tools, signals, and practices researchers can use to safeguard survey data as AI capabilities continue to evolve.

What You'll Learn

  • What Bot Olympics detection data reveals about the differences between AI agents and human respondents.
  • How a red-team vs. blue-team approach creates a continuously evolving defense against survey fraud.
  • Why traditional data quality checks are no longer enough and what researchers can do to better protect their data.

The Gen Z Health Paradox: Where Wellness Meets Real Life

1:00 PM to 2:00 PM EDT

Gen Z is rewriting the rules of what it means to be healthy. They’re joining run clubs, tracking their sleep, buying supplements and functional drinks, and paying closer attention to wellness. At the same time, they’re vaping, spending hours on screens, experimenting with trends like looksmaxxing, and making plenty of choices that don’t fit neatly into the “healthy Gen Z” narrative.

So what’s really going on?

Join Prodege and First & First Consulting for a deeper look at the Gen Z Health Paradox, building on our presentation from CRC this year, and expanding the conversation into the categories and behaviors shaping this generation’s health and wellness decisions.

Using findings from a custom-designed study, we’ll explore the gap between what Gen Z says it wants and what it actually does, with a closer look at fitness, supplements, functional foods and drinks, appearance and wellness trends, and other everyday health behaviors. We’ll also unpack the motivations, pressures, trade-offs, and contradictions behind those choices.

Rather than trying to put Gen Z into a single “healthy” or “unhealthy” box, we’ll look at the distinct groups and behaviors that make this generation so difficult to categorize, and what those differences mean for brands trying to connect with them.

Attendees will also get an exclusive first look at the full Gen Z Health Paradox report, available to download after the webinar.

Glass-Box Fraud Prevention That Reveals the Signals Behind Sample Quality

1:00 PM to 2:00 PM EDT

Bad sample isn't just a nuisance. Fraudulent and low-quality respondents quietly corrupt the insights you're paying for, and every decision that gets made downstream inherits that risk. The problem is that most fraud-detection tools hand back a single risk score and leave you guessing about how severe it is and what to do about it, which means you're trusting a number you can't actually see inside of.

Join us to see how Quest Mindshare's integrated data integrity approach, powered by dtect, replaces that guesswork with three layers of insight: a clear good/suspicious/bad read, the specific flags behind it (VPN usage, automation, device mismatch), and the granular detail underneath, including time zone, location, and IP inconsistencies, and more.

Through a real-world use case, we'll show Quest Mindshare and dtect catching duplicate attempts, network masking, bot activity, device manipulation, AI-assisted fraud, and behavioral anomalies, all evaluated before a respondent ever enters your survey, with the full reasoning exposed at every layer.

You'll leave knowing exactly why any respondent gets flagged, and able to defend every data quality decision you make to your team, your stakeholders, and your clients.
