James brings more than two decades of experience in the market research and data services industry, with deep expertise in strategic commercial growth, go-to-market strategy, enterprise client development, and building high-performing international sales teams. Prior to joining Borderless Access, he held senior leadership roles at Konovo and Dynata, where he led international sales initiatives, scaled enterprise client relationships, and supported sustainable revenue growth across multiple markets.
At Borderless Access, James will play a key role in advancing the company’s first part data and customeraccess sales strategy across consumer, B2B, healthcare, and specialist audience segments. His mandate includes strengthening strategic client partnerships, expanding access to high-quality profiled audiences, enhancing panel quality, and supporting clients with scalable, reliable, and data-driven research solutions across global markets.
