CIRQ Announces Recertification of M3 Global Research to ISO 20252 Standard

CIRQ, an accredited International Organization for Standardization (ISO) audit and certification body and a subsidiary of the Insights Association, has announced that M3 Global Research, Fort Washington, PA, has been recertified to the ISO 20252:2019 Standard. Valid through April 2029, the certification reinforces M3’s ongoing commitment to quality and its position at the forefront of market, opinion, and social research, as well as advanced data analytics.

Widely recognized as the global benchmark for research quality, ISO 20252:2019 sets the standard for rigorous, transparent, and consistently managed project delivery through defined frameworks and processes.

M3’s recertification reflects the strength of its Research Process Management System, which is fully aligned with ISO 20252:2019 requirements. The scope of certification spans core research functions, including sampling (with access panels), fieldwork, self-completion, and data management and processing, in accordance with Annexes A, B, E, and F.

“At M3, our teams view ISO certification as a key part of the standards that support the delivery of research across global markets and ensure clients can place confidence in our work,” said Anton Richter, CEO of M3 Global Research. “This recertification is evidencing our commitment to quality and reflects the discipline our people apply to information security and privacy as we continue to expand internationally.”

“M3 is one of our longest-standing clients, and it’s exciting to see their continued growth reflected in the expanded scope of their certification,” said Juliana Wood, Managing Director of CIRQ. “These sites are now covered not only by ISO 20252, but also ISO 27001 and ISO 27701, underscoring M3’s commitment to quality, security, and privacy across its global operations.”
