Veridata Insights announced the promotion of Natalie Clancy to Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Joining Veridata Insights in 2021 as Manager of Survey Solutions, Natalie quickly proved herself a dynamic and innovative leader. In 2022 she was promoted to Director of Operations, and in 2023 she ascended to Vice President of Operations. She spearheaded numerous initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and elevated Veridata’s Customer Service team with her client-centric approach.

As COO, Natalie will oversee Veridata’s global operations, driving strategic action that aligns with the company’s vision for growth, innovation, and customer service. Natalie’s leadership will play a key role in steering operational innovation, cultivating cross-team collaboration, and delivering the unparalleled service that clients have come to expect when working with Veridata.  

Co-CEO Jami Pulley shared her enthusiasm for Natalie’s promotion:

Natalie succeeds company co-founder Tom Littlejohn, who will join business partner and co-founder Jami Pulley as co-CEO. Littlejohn also expressed his confidence in Natalie’s leadership:
