Insights Association’s Howard Fienberg Named a Top Lobbyist for 2024

Howard Fienberg, CAE, Senior VP, Advocacy at Insights Association, has been recognized as a Top Lobbyist for 2024 by The National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics (NILE). This prestigious honor acknowledges Howard’s exceptional dedication, skill, and influence within the advocacy profession.

The 2024 Top Lobbyist award continues NILE’s tradition of highlighting distinguished lobbying professionals through a merit-based selection process. A panel of judges conducted a rigorous, blind evaluation of nominees to ensure that the recognition reflects true excellence in the field. This year’s honorees were celebrated at a reception on November 7.

“On behalf of the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to this year’s Top Lobbyist award winners,” said Jon Gentile, NILE President. “Being named a Top Lobbyist is a prestigious honor that recognizes not only exceptional skill and dedication but also the highest standard of integrity and impact in our profession. These individuals have demonstrated a remarkable commitment to advancing good policy and representing their clients with excellence. We are proud to celebrate their achievements and the vital role they play in our democratic process.”

The 2024 Top Lobbyist list showcases a diverse group of professionals from various sectors, including lobbyists, PAC professionals, and grassroots specialists. Recipients were chosen for their outstanding advocacy abilities, thought leadership, and contributions to their communities through pro-bono and charitable work.

“Those working in market research are fortunate to have Howard working on their behalf,” said Melanie Courtright, CEO of the Insights Association. “He truly has his fingers on the pulse – always watchful of regulation with potential to impact our profession; always quick to respond to member inquiries and concerns. Howard combines a deep knowledge of both the insights ecosystem and federal and state legislatures and regulatory agencies. With trusting contacts in both worlds, he can make the most impactful connections when action is needed.”

Reflecting on the recognition, Howard commented, “I'm honored to be recognized by my professional society. I love what I do, and the insights industry for which I do it.”

Based in Washington, DC, Howard serves as the primary lobbyist for the market research and data analytics industry through the Insights Association.
