aytm Launches The Bridge, an AI-Native Operating System Empowering Anyone with Business Questions to Run Reliable Research

aytm (Ask Your Target Market), an AI-assisted insights platform, has launched the Bridge, an AI-native operating system that carries a business question from a plain-language ask through to an answer teams can confidently act on. The Bridge debuted in Denver Oct. 4, ahead of TMRE and Content Marketing World 2026.

Most people who need consumer evidence inside an enterprise, in marketing, product, or the C-suite, don’t have a research background. At the same time, most of what an organization already knows sits scattered across old decks, shared drives, and old vendor platforms. The Bridge is designed to help with both needs. A person asks a question in their own words and the AI tool’s agent, Skipper, intelligently reasons what’s being asked, checks the organization’s own research history at the raw data level to formulate answers using proven statistical models, and reaches for new rigorous research only when that answer doesn’t already exist.

When new research is the right call, Skipper works out the objectives, question design, audience, sample size, and quality checks the study needs in conversation with the user, drawing on an organization’s own standards or established research practices. It pulls from saved audiences or builds the exact consumer group the question calls for and drafts a fieldable study in minutes. Before anything launches, the user can view pricing and timing up front, and can edit and refine every step. Underneath, aytm’s data-quality systems identify questionable respondents, remove them, and top off the sample automatically, so every answer stays traceable to a real person and a real question.

Once fielding closes, Skipper performs statistical analyses to surface the insights, the recommendations behind them, and the evidence each one rests on, all linked back to the exact data source so a team can go deeper whenever the detail matters. What comes out is something a team can present and confidently stand behind the same day. That same study then feeds back into the organization’s research history for future reference, so the next question asked by anyone in the organization starts from what’s already known. Years of past research become one asset the entire business can query, rather than an archive only the original researcher can access.

“We started aytm 18 years ago with a mission to democratize consumer insights by offering a DIY turn-key market research solution. DIY wave was a success by every measure, but still relied on users spending their time learning the platforms and fundamentals of market research. The Bridge release brings this mission to a whole new level, enabling an order of magnitude larger crowd of people to take full advantage of the consumer insights while minimizing the learning curve,” said Lev Mazin, co-founder and CEO of aytm. “What’s even more important is that the Bridge becomes an extension of the existing insight department’s best practices, customizations, context, and their decades of experience, offering a place where brand managers, marketers, researchers and executives alike can collaborate with confidence in an always-on insights flow.”

The Bridge offering lines up with where the market research industry itself is moving. “A library of past research is only valuable if every study in it can be trusted,” said Jonathan Goodbread, aytm’s Head of Data Quality Strategy. “Every study that feeds what Skipper searches runs through the same quality systems we apply to new fielding, so the answer it surfaces is exactly as accountable as the one it builds from scratch.”

You don’t need a research background to get research right. Ask the question, and the Bridge assembles the methodological rigor, best practices, your brand's context, and the real consumer voice behind the answer into actionable insights.

The Bridge is in early access ahead of a broader rollout. Attendees can see it running on their own data at aytm’s booth #333 during TMRE. Learn more at bridge.aytm.com.
