Nexxt Intelligence | inca, a Toronto-based provider of conversational AI survey solutions, has hired several new team members in the past few months to service its rapidly growing client base.
Tim Benner joins as Customer Success Director, responsible for clients based in the U.S. and Canada. Tim joins with over 20 years senior-level market research experience on both the vendor and client side, including leading teams at Samsung and Pizza Hut in the U.S. In the UK, Louis Devane-Waters joins as Senior Manager, Customer Success, and in Canada, Onose Ikekhuah has joined as Manager, Customer Success. Tim, Louis, and Onose will use their expertise to empower Nexxt Intelligence’s clients to reimagine quantitative surveys with qualitative capabilities for deeper insights and better participant experiences.
There have also been a number of hires to further strengthen Nexxt Intelligence | inca’s development and technical support teams. Yang Lu has joined as Conversational AI Lead, Mahmoud Shahwa as Full Stack Engineer and Dongwan Kim has re-joined as Engineering Manager.
