PureSpectrum Adds Chris Mawn to ANZ Team

PureSpectrum continues its investment in the expansion of the APAC region with the addition of Chris Mawn as ANZ Director of Clients. Mawn, one of the early pioneers and champions of market research technology, will be taking a leading client management role.

Mawn joins PureSpectrum with over 30 years of Market Research experience with the last two decades spent in Australia where he founded the household name of yellowSquares. An online research veteran Mawn has built and maintained key niche online survey panels as well as been a spokesperson for the overall industry holding multiple positions within the Australian Research Community.

Anthony O’Brien, Vice President ANZ, comments “I couldn’t have asked for a better hire to manage our customers. Chris is a respected thought leader to the research industry and has a successful track record working with leading agencies, consultancies and brands. We are ecstatic about Chris joining and I’ve no doubt he will excel in his role and use his impeccable knowledge, proven experience and client network to fast track further growth and strengthen client relations in ANZ.”

James Rogers, Managing Director APAC, adds “Chris was one of the first to truly challenge the status quo in the Market Research industry and that is one of the clear traits that we look for at PureSpectrum. We look to those who don’t accept that what we did yesterday is what we need to do today. Chris’ knowledge and experience will provide the Australia and New Zealand region a new dimension and perspective, adding to what is already a very successful offering to well over 100 customers using our technology and services.”

“I am truly excited to be part of this incredibly innovative, groundbreaking and energetic organisation. PureSpectrum’s rapid expansion in APAC is testament to the quality product and client service it delivers and I’m humbled at the opportunity to help drive the company’s continued success here in Australia and New Zealand“, Mawn shares. “PureSpectrum to me represents the future of quantitative market research. I love technology and I love my industry and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with the Australian and NZ market research community to provide the best-in-show solutions for their research and insights needs”.
