KL Communications, a research firm specializing in custom Insights Communities, announced the hiring of Nicole Pineda as Director, Insights & Client Relations.

According to Kevin Lonnie, CEO of KLC, “As we continue to grow and expand, we’re fortunate to be able to add high-caliber people like Nicole to our team. Nicole will be working directly with clients on projects that convert the information we gather from our communities into actionable insights.”

Before coming to KLC, Nicole built her experience on both the client and supplier side. Most recently, she was the Strategic Research Lead for Fuel Cycle and before that, had research roles with USAA and Envirosell. She holds a BA in Sociology from City University of NY/Hunter College.

On the personal side, despite being a 'city girl' (NY-born-n-bred), Nicole has a passion for the outdoors. On a recent journey (to Alaska), she got to experience ice climbing, dog sledding, and glacier exploring.
