Applied Marketing Science, Inc. (AMS), a Boston-based full-service agency, announced that Amanda Ford has been elected a principal of the firm.
Ms. Ford is Assistant Practice Lead for AMS’s Litigation Support practice—one of its two lines of business—where she leads studies that use consumer surveys and expert witness testimony to assess consumer perceptions, behaviors, and experiences for matters related to trademark and trade dress infringement, false and deceptive advertising, class action matters, claim substantiation, and more.
“We are thrilled to have Amanda join our partnership—a testament to her long and distinguished record of leadership, client service, teamwork, and dedication at AMS,” said John Mitchell, President and Managing Principal of AMS. He adds, “In her time with us, she has cultivated the admiration and respect of all her colleagues and has become a trusted mentor. At the same time, she has been instrumental in helping lead and grow our Litigation Support practice and is recognized by our clients as an indispensable partner.”
Ms. Ford joined AMS in 2009 and has spent her entire career at the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Bentley University, where she majored in marketing and was a President’s Academic Scholar, and a Master of Science in survey research from the University of Connecticut.
