C Space, a leading insight community, customer strategy, and innovation agency, announced that Jennifer Adams has rejoined the company as SVP, Head of Insight Communities Excellence.
Since her grad school days at Harvard, Adams has believed in the internet’s power to connect people across space and time and around shared passions to effect meaningful change. That’s what originally led her to C Space—then operating as Communispace—in 2004. She spent the next 10 years building C Space’s market research online communities (MROCs) practice in Boston, then opening and leading the London office, then opening and leading the NYC office.
In 2014, Adams left to create Big Village’s (formerly Engine/ORC International) Digital Hives and Online Communities practice where she was responsible for all aspects of the product, services and technology and led a consultative team on all client projects.
During her 20 years in the insight communities space, Adams touched every aspect of online research at a global level from engagement design, recruitment, member health, and incentivization to creative learning agenda design, live focus group-, IDI- and asynchronous-qualitative facilitation, analysis, and strategy.
“C Space pioneered the use of insight communities 25 years ago. As we prepare to celebrate that anniversary throughout 2025, Jen’s return is perfectly timed,” said Melissa Sauter, CEO of Escalent, parent company to C Space and Hall & Partners. “Not only is she a passionate advocate for communities’ ability to create connection, build empathy, and find meaning, but she’s primed to continue advancing the category using human-led AI to enable more speed and scale to find valuable insights from unstructured data.”
Adams earned a master’s degree in educational technology and a bachelor’s degree in English literature and language from Harvard University.
