Kahren Kersten Joins Cambiar As Partner

Insights industry change management consulting firm, Cambiar, announced the appointment of a new equity partner, Kahren Kersten.

Kersten is a 15-year veteran of the industry whose experience spans senior agency, client and consulting roles in both the U.S. and U.K. She has worked for and collaborated with 20+ companies generating insights and strategy recommendations by weaving together multidisciplinary knowledge across market-, UX- and CX- focused research, business, design and behavioral science.

Early in her career, she spent five years at BrainJuicer (now System1 Group) Labs, developing new methodologies and approaches alongside a dynamic team of specialists. She continued to emphasize experimentation and collaboration utilizing related disciplines at MarketCast, The Guild (UK brand consultancy) and Dentsu’s Vizeum UK. In the years following, Kersten established her own consultancy while adding design thinking to her toolkit. She advises a variety of corporate clients, governmental bodies and entrepreneurs on business strategy and product, service and experience development.
