It is with deep sadness that we report news of the passing of Danielle Anthony last week from malignant glandular sarcoma. Danielle is survived by her husband, Sergio Aranguren, and daughter Eloise. Most recently at DISQO, Danielle was a long-time IA member, volunteer, and Past President for the legacy Greater NY Chapter. Warm and welcoming, Danielle was a mentor to many and had an enormously positive impact on her Chapter.
“Thank you for everything you did to advance our industry. Your kind and giving nature, along with your bright smile brought joy to so many,” commented Janet Baldi of RTi.
From Jay Mace of Mindfield: “My dear friend, Danielle. I have no idea how to even say goodbye. From sharing our first conference together and making that nighttime walk to all of the monuments in DC, to our latest adventures in NYC just before Covid, I am always reminded of your laugh, and the quips to make every day and moment better. Thank you for being my friend."
Danielle’s MR industry friends created a GoFundMe for her and her family, which remains active.
