Human8 Announces Leadership Appointments

Human8, a global marketing insight consultancy, announced a series of leadership appointments across the UK and APAC, marking a significant step in accelerating growth and reinforcing its position as a leading marketing insights consultancy.
 

These leadership appointments are part of Human8’s ambition to build an agency designed for a new era of brand engagement, where speed, cultural relevance, and consumer closeness matter more than ever. By combining deep human understanding, tech-enabled collaboration, community-driven, and cultural insight under strong regional leadership, Human8 is creating a structure that helps brands act fast and think boldly.
 

Human8 has appointed Jane Bloomfield as Managing Director UK, bringing together Space Doctors (Human8’s cultural strategy consultancy) and the UK consumer insights team under single leadership across London, Manchester and Brighton.
 

Jane brings senior experience in brand consultancy, insights, and analytics, including roles as Global CMO at Landor, Chief Growth Officer for Kantar UK, and Chief Commercial Officer at Insight222. Her focus will be on deepening and integrating Human8’s advisory capabilities.
 

Jane will lead a senior team comprising:
 

• Paul Child, Head of UK

• Cato Hunt & Gareth Lewis, Co-Managing Directors Space Doctors

• James Williams, Head of Operations
 

The UK business enters this new chapter with strong credentials, including a recent MRS Award win for Business Impact with Nationwide, and partnerships with leading brands such as Haleon, Co-op, Avanti West Coast and Nestlé.

Jane Bloomfield, Managing Director UK, said: “I’m delighted to join the brilliant team at Human8 and Space Doctors to lead the UK business. In APAC, Katie McClintock steps into the role of Managing Director, based in Singapore. Katie brings over two decades of regional leadership experience from organizations including PepsiCo, Mastercard and Kantar. She succeeds founding APAC leader Maz Amirahmadi, who retires after a distinguished 40-year career in market research and 16 years shaping Human8’s APAC presence.

To enhance client impact and agility, Human8 introduces a simplified regional structure:

 

•  Jason Spencer, Head of Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan)

•  Daniel Teixeira, Head of Southeast Asia & Australia (SEAA)

•  Karen Khao, Head of Hong Kong

 

Katie McClintock, Managing Director APAC, said: “APAC is dynamic and diverse. Our streamlined structure gives us the focus and agility to partner more deeply with clients across Greater China and SEAA. By integrating cultural insight with human understanding, we’ll deliver strategies that are both actionable and locally resonant.”
