Leger Appoints Four New Officers Following a Year of Strong Growth

Leger has announced a new leadership structure designed to accelerate the integration of innovations across the organization. The goal is clear: to deliver even more relevant, strategic insights to clients, faster than ever, while strengthening Leger's position as North America's leading market research, analytics, and customer experience firm.

A Leadership Team Built for the Future of Market Research

 

This new leadership structure reflects Leger's commitment to more closely integrating its expertise in research, artificial intelligence, and technology to accelerate innovation and deliver an even stronger client experience.
 

Dave Scholz – Chief Operating Officer (COO) will continue in his role with expanded responsibilities that now include Human Resources and Finance, enabling more integrated and agile execution across the organization.
 

Sébastien Dallaire – Chief Insights Officer (CIO) has been appointed to this newly created role, reflecting the central importance of methodological excellence at Leger. He will further elevate the quality of Leger's insights, advance research best practices, and support the company's largest North American clients.

 

Sandie Sparkman – Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will continue in her role with an expanded mandate that now includes Communications, Marketing, and Specialized Research teams, in addition to leading the Leger Sales team; enabling an even more integrated approach to meeting clients' evolving needs.
 

Sarah Mottet – Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) has been appointed to lead Leger's technology transformation, including the integration of artificial intelligence across operations, products and services, and ways of working, helping increase both execution speed and the value delivered to clients.
