Fieldwork announced the appointment of Nikki Darré as President. With a legacy at Fieldwork that spans over three decades, Nikki has been a transformative leader, particularly recognized for her excellence in operations and people management. Her deep understanding of organizational dynamics and her ability to uplift her team members have been crucial to our success. Nikki's holistic approach extends to every aspect of operations, from enhancing research spaces to optimizing participant and client experiences. She replaces Steve Raebel.
