CIRQ Announces Board Directors

CIRQ (the Certification Institute for Research Quality), an International Standards Organization (ISO) audit and certification body that is a subsidiary of the Insights Association, has announced its Board of Directors for 2024:

 

• Travis Santa, Vice President & Security Officer, Touchstone Research

• Alexandrine de Montera, Chief Product Officer, Full Circle Research

• Mark Menig, Chief Product Officer, PureSpectrum

• Matt Benard, VP of Compliance and Privacy /Data Protection Officer, Escalent

• David Rothstein, CEO, RTi Research

 

Matt Benard and David Rothstein are new to the Board in 2024, joining Travis Santa, Board Chair; Alexandrine de Montera, Board Chair-Elect; and Mark Menig, Board Director. Board members serve a 2-year term. Responsibilities include fiduciary oversight and advisory support for CIRQ, focusing on new client opportunities and overall growth of the audit and certification services CIRQ provides to the global insights industry.

 

Melanie Courtright, CEO of the Insights Association, and Juliana Wood, CIRQ’s Managing Director hold Ex-Officio (non-voting) Board positions.

CIRQ was established in compliance with all ISO requirements for certification bodies that provide auditing and certification services and is fully accredited by ANSI’s National Accreditation Board. To conform to its mandate of objective and impartial audits to these ISO standards, CIRQ is independently operated and managed under the oversight of an independent Board of Directors and submits to annual moderation by external authorities on ISO certification bodies.
