Touchstone Research announced that Nicole Mowry (pictured at left) and Jillian Brangi have been promoted to Senior Project Director positions within TSR’s quantitative research division.

In her new role, Nicole will focus on staff development and expanding TSR’s analytical capabilities and will continue to support TSR’s core accounts across media & entertainment, youth & family, toys & dolls, and telco.

Nicole is a well-rounded researcher who has developed a mastery across the full quantitative research process. She has a robust background, spanning packaging testing to content testing to large scale trackers to MaxDiff/conjoint. She will bring this background and expertise to bear in her new role as a knowledge leader and mentor for TSR’s quantitative project management team. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and trying out different local restaurants in her area.

Jillian will focus on innovating and improving upon TSR’s quantitative research processes and will continue to support TSR’s core accounts in media & entertainment, youth & family, tech, and social. Jillian is a detail-oriented researcher who’s passionate about doing research the right way, down to the most minor of details.  She has managed several hundred research projects in her tenure with Touchstone and has built an impressive portfolio of quantitative methodology expertise, including: content testing, promo/marketing testing, concept testing, segmentation, trend research, and many more. Outside of work, Jillian enjoys hiking with her dog (Mac), photography, and cooking.

“We are very excited to announce these well-deserved promotions, commented Kyle Morrison, Senior Research Manager. “It has been a great pleasure to watch them both develop as researchers.

“Not only is Nicole extremely knowledgeable and capable as a researcher, but she is also a fantastic mentor and teacher,” Morrison added.

“Jillian’s eye for detail and knack for finding efficiencies and improvements in our processes will help TSR to continue to evolve and innovate in 2023 and beyond,” Morrison said.
