Dig Insights, a tech-enabled innovation insights company that unites strategy, human understanding, and proprietary technology, announced the appointment of Emma Roberts as Vice President. Based in Sydney, Emma will support clients and drive commercial growth across the Australia and New Zealand markets.
Emma brings more than 15 years of international experience to Dig, having built her career across South Africa, New York, London, and Australia. Her background is rooted in agency-side work with FMCG and alcohol brands — from global icons to emerging challengers — with a consistent track record of delivering enterprise growth, commercial strategy, and brand impact. She has led initiatives that produced double-digit revenue increases, shaped foresight-led innovation pipelines, and helped leadership teams move from strategy to execution with clarity.
The local hire marks Dig's fourth global location, following Toronto, Chicago, London and now Sydney, and is a signal of Dig's investment in international expansion. It follows the appointment of Joanna Lepore last year, EVP of Global Strategy & Foresight based in Australia, to position Dig for growth in APAC and beyond.
Commented Joanna Lepore, EVP Global Strategy & Foresight, "When I look at where Dig is operating - across North America, Europe, and now in Asia Pacific - paired with our innovation expertise and proprietary tech platform, we're doing something genuinely unmatched. Emma brings exactly the kind of strategic mindset and commercial depth that will help accelerate brand partner growth, in this innovative and highly competitive region.”
"We're building a global business that operates with real cultural depth in every market we touch. Emma's appointment in ANZ is part of a deliberate strategy to put the right people in the right places to serve clients where they are,” said Paul Gaudette, CEO & Co-Founder.
Emma joins a growing global team at a moment of increasing demand from multinational brands seeking a more rigorous, technology-forward, but culturally insightful approach to insights and decision-making.
