inca | Nexxt Intelligence Launches New Pricing Model and New Platform Features

Nexxt Intelligence | inca, a Toronto-based provider of conversational research solutions, has announced three new updates to its inca platform that together reduce friction across the full research workflow — from questionnaire to insight.

The first update introduces two new flexible credit models: Survey-Complete Credits for organizations running high volumes of surveys, and Project Credits for teams running fewer surveys and/or qual-at-scale studies. The two models replace a one-size-fits-all approach to reflect the varied ways research teams operate.

The second update is Survey Upload, a new feature that eliminates manual re-entry of questionnaire content. Researchers can upload a questionnaire directly from a Word or Excel file, with questions and answer options populating automatically — freeing programming time for logic, routing, and conversational refinement. Researchers can also ask inca to refine question language to make it more conversational while preserving each question’s original intent.

The third update makes SmartCoding a new default behavior for inca. Coding now runs automatically when a project closes, at no cost to coding credits, so a codeframe is generated and applied to results as soon as fieldwork wraps up. Researchers can then review and refine it using the human-in-the-loop feature, with coding credits applying only if they choose to do so.

Kathy Cheng, CEO and founder of Nexxt Intelligence | inca said; “Great research shouldn’t be slowed down by rigid pricing, manual setup, or waiting on data processing. These three updates each solve a real pain point — and together, they reshape how researchers move from questionnaire to insight. With flexible pricing, faster survey setup, and coded results ready the moment fieldwork closes, we’re giving research teams more time for what they’re actually here to do: find the insight.”
