Gary Spangenberg Joins Ignite 360 as Senior Accounts Director in Expansion of Quantitative Research Services

Ignite 360, a San Francisco-based consumer insights, strategy, and training firm, announced that Gary Spangenberg has joined the firm as Senior Accounts Director.

In his new role, Spangenberg will be responsible for leading an expansion of insights initiatives to offer more quantitative services such as surveys, trackers, and advanced analytics for Ignite 360 clients, including existing and new customers. Well-versed in a wide range of tools and methodologies, Spangenberg also has expertise in A&Us, consumer segmentation, conjoints, and new product assessment tools. He will continue to be based in Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Spangenberg is a seasoned leader in the insights industry. He joins Ignite 360 from Magid, where he was a Managing Director leading a qual and quant research team working with CPG and retail clients. Prior to his 10 years at Magid, he was at Market Tools for four years where he was responsible for working on the General Mills account designing research for business issues, and overseeing successful implementation. He also worked at ConAgra Foods and General Mills/Pillsbury as a Consumer Insights Manager.

Spangenberg holds two degrees from the University of Minnesota – a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management
