CIRQ, an accredited International Standards Organization (ISO) audit and certification body that is a subsidiary of the Insights Association, has announced that PureSpectrum has achieved company-wide, global certification to ISO 20252:2019—Market, opinion and social research, including insights and data analytics.
The latest audit expanded PureSpectrum’s certification to include its U.S. and Singapore operations, joining previously certified offices in Australia, Germany, and the United Kingdom. The certification now spans the company’s North America, EMEA and APAC regions.
ISO 20252:2019 establishes globally recognized terms, definitions, and service requirements for project management in research organizations. Processes outlined in the standard are designed to produce transparent, consistent, well-documented and error-free methods of conducting and managing research projects.
PureSpectrum’s certified services include sampling through its proprietary PureSpectrum Marketplace platform, as well as survey programming, hosting, and data processing delivered by its services team, within the scope defined in its Statement of Applicability under Annexes A, E and F. The global certification runs through October 19, 2029.
