inca | Nexxt Intelligence, a Toronto-based provider of conversational research solutions, has reported 82% year-on-year revenue growth for its recently closed financial year.
Growth was led by the inca SmartProbe™ API, which increased 95% year-on-year, driven by the release of inca SmartProbe Studio at the start of the year. inca SmartProbe Studio gives researchers the ability to brief the AI precisely on how to probe, delivering targeted probing dialogues that draw significantly deeper insight from research participants within any survey platform.
The inca Conversational Research Platform grew 46% over the same period, reflecting a continued move away from traditional surveys towards conversational experiences that layer qualitative depth on top of quantitative survey question types.
Kathy Cheng, CEO and founder of Nexxt Intelligence | inca said; “These results reflect the dedication of our fantastic team, but they also signal a real shift in our industry. Researchers are recognising that, just as with human moderators, AI probing is a skill, and we’re reaching a tipping point where quant research is leaving traditional survey formats behind. That leaves us well positioned for accelerated growth in the next fiscal year.”
Founded in 2015, Nexxt Intelligence is the Toronto-based research technology company behind inca, a conversational research platform that leverages AI to transform research by adding qualitative depth to all of the capabilities of a quantitative survey.
