Ironwood Insights has expanded its telephone data collection operations through the hiring of three key employees formerly with Interviewing Service of America, each with over 15 years of experience: Gregg Stickeler, now VP Key Accounts, as well as John Roses (JR) and Ed Coscolluela, as Project Managers.
Ironwood Insights has also opened a new call center in Rexburg, Idaho to manage the current and increasing levels telephone interviewing work. This facility includes 93 interviewing seats, is strategically located near Brigham Young University’s Rexburg campus, with hiring beginning immediately.
The telephone data collection hires from ISA continue the growth of Ironwood, joining three earlier acquisitions— Information Alliance, Discovery Research Group, and a portion of a full-service research firm in Texas--as Ironwood continues to increase their presence and their ability to better meet clients’ needs.
