PSB Insights Unveils its Vision for the Future

47-year iconic research consultancy, PSB Insights, shares its vision for the future – and it’s bold. The focus: bringing decisions out of the dark for clients. The approach: disruptive methodologies, smarter working models, and a relentless pursuit of better decision-making.

 

In 2023, PSB acquired advanced analytics partner, StrateSci, enabling them to build an internal R&D organization, PSB Labs. PSB Labs builds purposeful, custom solutions for clients across brand, product, and communications. Using choice modeling and unstructured data, PSB Labs steps in when traditional methods and models don’t cut it.

 

PSB also retooled its process to insights, enabling its 80 researchers to prioritize client outcomes and implementation versus data collection. In 2024, they brought on Christopher Frank, CEO and author of Decisions over Decimals and Drinking from the Firehose. Frank is a leading authority on decision-making with 25+ years of experience corporate side leading insights teams.

The company's enhanced offering includes Narrative Intelligence, an innovation out of PSB Labs that uncovers authentic consumer preferences through natural language processing, moving beyond traditional scales in surveys.
