Access your account to manage your membership, register for events, purchase products, and update your preferences. Whether you’re a member or non-member, please follow the instructions below to log in or create an account.

    For Members

    If you are a member but have not yet logged into the IA website, you are already in our system
    To access your account for the first time, click “Forgot Password” to create your updated password. Be sure to use your company email address so your account is correctly linked to your membership.

    For Non-Members

    To purchase products or register for events as a non-member, you must first log in or create an account.
    Please note: logging into the IA website does not make you an IA member. If you would like to become a member and access full benefits, please visit the Join IA page.

    Quick Troubleshooting Tips

    1. Error: "Email does not exist" (but you know you have an account)
    - Open your browser settings or preferences.
    - Go to Autofill or Saved Passwords/Usernames.
    - Delete any saved entries for the Insights Association website.
    - Return to the IA Login Page and enter your credentials manually.

    2. Error: "An account already exists with this email"
    This means you are already in our system. Click Forgot Password to reset your password.

    Tip: Try typing your email and password manually instead of relying on autofill. Sometimes browsers insert outdated or incorrect login details.
