CRC: Corporate Researchers Conference

Call for Presentations

DEADLINE: April 30.

The Insights Association invites you to submit a presentation proposal for this highly anticipated event - IA's largest - which seeks to educate and prompt discussion among insights leaders tackling today’s most urgent market research challenges.

Program space is limited. Only a select number of proposals will be chosen. Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of expert practitioners.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking objective, educational sessions from corporate (brand-side) researchers that deliver practical takeaways and real-world learning. This is not a sales forum — presentations must avoid product demos, pitches, or promotional content.

Priority will be given to proposals that are
  • Grounded in real-world application and lessons learned
  • Focused on methods, decisions, outcomes, and implications for insights teams
  • Innovative and help to deliver bottom-line business impact
Suggested Topics
  • Growing Through Consumer Understanding
  • Growth Through Tech-Enabled Insight (Beyond the Buzz)
  • Growing Future Insights Leaders
  • Growing With AI-Driven Strategy: Lessons From the Field
  • Driving Growth Through Tangible Business Impact
  • Growing Through Behavioral & Cultural Innovation

We are also open to additional relevant topics that align with the event’s goals.

Why Present at CRC?

Presenters will have the opportunity to share knowledge with a highly engaged audience of insights professionals, contribute to meaningful peer learning, and help shape best practices across the industry – all in a focused, high-impact setting.

A Note on AI Content: We are making a concerted effort to ensure CRC is not dominated by AI topics. Of course, AI must be included in the conversation, but it will be featured through a very specific lens. We are seeking case studies that move beyond hype and clearly address:

- What worked
- What didn’t
- Real business outcomes
- Limitations, risks, and lessons learned

Before submitting, please note that you will need to confirm the following before your proposal to present can be accepted: You can present in person in Chicago, September 15-17. The session has not previously been presented at another U.S. conference and will not be presented at another conference in the U.S. during 2026.

Submission Deadline: April 30

Due to limited agenda space, early and well-defined proposals are strongly encouraged. If you have a compelling case study, lesson learned, or methodological insight to share, we encourage you to submit and be part of the conversation.
