1. Error: "Email does not exist" (but you know you have an account)
    
 - Open your browser settings or preferences. 
    
 - Go to 
    Autofill or 
    Saved Passwords/Usernames. 
    
 - Delete any saved entries for the Insights Association website. 
    
 - Return to the IA Login Page and enter your credentials manually.
    2. Error: "An account already exists with this email"
    
 This means you are already in our system. Click 
    Forgot Password to reset your password.
    Tip: Try typing your email and password manually instead of relying on autofill. Sometimes browsers insert outdated or incorrect login details.
