All cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of the event. The Insights Association will issue a credit for the full amount of your payment, which may be applied towards a registration fee at any future Insights Association event (excluding Chapter events) held within 12 months. In lieu of a credit, at your request, Insights Association will issue a refund less a $300 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after the two-week prior deadline are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitution. Substitutions requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
Waiver and Release of Liability
This Waiver and Release of Liability governs your registration and attendance at any event (each, an “Event”) sponsored, hosted, or otherwise produced by the Insights Association (“Insights”). By participating in the Event, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following.
This Waiver and Release of Liability contains the complete, full, and exclusive understanding of you and Insights as to its subject matter and shall supersede any prior agreement regarding such subject matter. Any amendments to this Waiver and Release of Liability shall be effective and binding only if such amendment is in writing and signed by both you and Insights.
BY CONTINUING WITH YOUR REGISTRATION YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND CONSENT AND AGREE ENTIRELY TO ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
