Why the Refresh

The insights profession is moving at an unprecedented speed. Our members are navigating new technologies, evolving regulations, and changing expectations. To keep pace and lead, IA’s brand needed to evolve, too. We needed a look and feel, as well as a message, that reflects how we, too, are evolving and preparing our community for the future. 

Over the past year, IA has listened closely to our members and community, learning what truly matters to them. Partnering with Russell Herder, a leading branding agency, we explored these insights, uncovering themes that align with our bold vision for 2025 and beyond. The result is a forward-looking brand that sets the tone for IA’s next chapter, one defined by purpose, connection, and growth.
