We will discuss the many issues facing insights companies as they begin to gear up operations in a post-COVID world.
This will include a review of IA’s Reopening Guidelines – general workplace requirements and recommendations, as well as those specific to conducting in-person qualitative research.
Some market research companies and focus group facilities have reopened. We’ll talk to leaders there to get their first-hand experiences and advice.
