She has expertise in custom primary quantitative and qualitative research techniques, strategic planning, program execution and actionable insight development. She is a long time member of the Insights Association, serving twice as President of the Great Lakes Chapter and continues to serve as board advisor and on its diversity and education committee. She's also excited to be a member of the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) Council of the Insights Association, committed to taking action on IDEA principles within the industry.
Sherri is Market Research Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. She holds a bachelor's from the University of Michigan and MBA from the University of Detroit-Mercy.
