Nancy is a three decade plus veteran of the market research industry, holding positions on both the client (Merrill National Labs, General Mills, Best Buy) and agency (CRI/GFK, RI/TNS) sides of the business. Cursed with chronic shyness, Nancy started taking acting classes to learn to fake her way around fear of public speaking. Somewhere along the way, she became fascinated with the role of communications and presentations in business success and started experimenting with different techniques, both for herself and for colleagues. Nancy has read extensively on this topic and participated in many trainings as well as serving as a trainer to others. She has been a speaker at national conferences, numerous corporate conference rooms and auditoriums and in the marketing and marketing research classrooms at College of St. Thomas and St. Catherine.
