Brian Fowler’s career in the Insights industry began over 20 years ago in Nashville as a telephone survey interviewer, eventually bringing him to CFMC/Survox in San Francisco, acquired by Enghouse Systems Ltd. in 2017.
As COO of CFMC / Survox Brian managed day-to-day company operations and the survey platform’s subscription and services base which included both Enterprise and SMB. Prior to Survox, he was a multi-mode research practitioner serving organizations with interests in improving our environment and meeting California 2020 goals. He's a full-stack researcher with experience in all phases of quantitative, qualitative, and internal data collection and analysis.
Currently, he's using his position as President of the Northwest chapter of the Insights Assocoiation to survey the landscape of the industry - its tools, services and trends - with fresh eyes.
Brian has served on the Northwest board for over 10 years is serving his second term as President. He holds a BBA and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. For fun, he explores the San Francisco Bay Area by bicycle and spends as much time time with family as possible.
