CEO of Delvinia, Adam is an award-winning entrepreneur, innovator and business leader who has grown his firm into a globally competitive group of companies over the course of the past two decades.
Adam has taken Delvinia from startup to scaleup without any outside investors.
Under Adam’s leadership, Delvinia has evolved from operating as a traditional digital consultancy to become an innovative scale-up that is transforming how data is being collected and used to power better decision-making. Adam’s portfolio of successful businesses includes AskingCanadians, AskingAmericans, Delvinia Custom Solutions, and Methodify.
R&D has always been a priority for Delvinia but as the firm enters the next phase in its growth, Adam and his team are specifically focusing on commercializing innovation.
With the launch of the research automation platform Methodify, Adam demonstrated the firm’s ability to do just that. Methodify is changing the way marketers access customer opinions. Born out of Delvinia’s innovation framework, the technology was fast prototyped in just 12 weeks, and was introduced to the marketplace after 6 months of testing and refinement.
As CEO, Adam has also invested a great deal of time in cultivating a culture of authenticity and trust within his organization and he is just as committed to investing his time in mentoring as he is in leading the overall vision for the firm.
Adam is also a member of The Council of Canadian Innovators, which is uniquely made up of CEOs from Canada’s fastest growing technology companies and is exclusively focused on helping high-growth Canadian technology firms scale up globally.
His community engagements and industry and not-for-profit board positions are vast. Adam is a Professional Engineer in the discipline of Human Factors Engineering and has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
