With organizations across consumer insights scrambling to assess if and how Generative AI can effectively be leveraged in its processes, we must pause to consider the repercussions. AI is prone to bias, we hear. How, exactly? What can be done to identify and mitigate bias and ensure processes automated for time and cost savings do not become deleterious and counteract efforts to make insights more inclusive, equitable, and accessible?

We will discuss these issues at this year’s IDEA (Inclusion Diversity, Equity & Access) Forum, online on September 27.

The IDEA Forum is an annual occasion for understanding, inspiration, and action as together as an insights community we address diversity and inclusion in our profession and the populations we research. Sessions will focus on actions that can be taken to mitigate bias, increase the number of historically excluded persons in our community, and ensure truly representative research and analytics work. The IDEA Forum is brought to you by the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access) Council.
