More than anything, researchers want leaders to use their work and take action. This can be frustrating, particularly when the research is about longstanding problems that are well known and continue to rise to the top of customer needs.
Join us in listening to Nathan and Kelli illustrate how Florida Blue anticipated this problem, designed a study to create a compelling mix of data and customer stories and taught leaders how to think differently with an innovative presentation technique (think a knife, apple,and invention kit). Learn how to find inspiration from different sources and how to develop a comprehensive approach to this common frustration.
