So, what’s our typical response? We sell harder! Which is the exact opposite of what we need to do… hard selling just polarizes potential buyers.
The objective of selling is not to sell… but to help the buyer make a smart buying decision.
And helping buyers make good decisions comes down to two things: the mindset of the person selling and communicating in a way that really resonates with the buyers.
