Who should participate: Counsels and privacy, data security, and compliance staff for company/department members of the Insights Association are invited to participate, at no cost. The Forum is a benefit exclusive to Insights Association company members.
AGENDA: Howard Fienberg (Insights Association) will provide legislative/regulatory updates; Russ Anderson (Pullman & Comley) will give a run-down on the Global Privacy Control and new/upcoming state requirements; and Stuart Pardau (IA outside counsel) will discuss the impact of software-as-a-service (SAAS) taxes on insights companies.
