Who should participate: Counsels and privacy, data security, and compliance staff for company/department members of the Insights Association are invited to participate, at no cost. The Forum is a benefit exclusive to Insights Association company members. 

AGENDA: 

• Howard Fienberg (Insights Association) will provide legislative/regulatory updates; 
• Russ Anderson (Pullman & Comley) will discuss legal and compliance concerns with artificial intelligence (AI); and 
• Stuart Pardau (IA outside counsel) will cover other legal/compliance issues with AI.
