Brian Burton - Three Square Food Bank
As the President and CEO of Three Square Food Bank, Brian W. Burton has helped Three Square develop into one of the fastest growing food banks in the nation. His professional expertise includes rapid organizational growth and development, program sustainability, community engagement, public policy work and diversified fundraising. Burton brings more than 20 years of nonprofit industry experience to his post at Three Square. Prior to joining Three Square in 2011, Burton served for 14 years as executive director at the Wilkinson Center in Dallas, Texas, a faith-based nonprofit organization lifting people out of poverty through education and emergency services. He holds a Master of Divinity degree in Education from Southern Seminary, a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University. When he is not busy pursuing a hunger-free community, Burton enjoys reading, traveling and birdwatching.
Roberto Coppola - Panasonic
Roberto is an accomplished innovation and research professional with 13 years of experience in the gaming industry. His work in this sector included roles at International Game Technology (where he led the global insights team) to Aristocrat Technologies (where he created and led the global innovation accelerator “thinkBIGGER”).
Roberto currently leads Panasonic’s Innovation research initiatives within the organization’s Smart Mobility Office, where he is tasked with helping the teams at Cirrus, OneConnect and NextLab define, build and commercialize future-leaning solutions in the transportation sector.
Roberto holds a BA in English Literature from The George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Southern California. While at GW, Roberto was also an intern at The White House.
Billy Lu - Las Vegas Raiders
Billy is a corporate researcher whose work over the past 13 years has been entirely focused on the highly customer-centric Las Vegas market.
He has managed research and customer satisfaction programs at MGM Resorts, Las Vegas Sands, and Credit One Bank, and now is a Research Analyst for the Las Vegas Raiders.
Tanya Pinto - Microsoft
Tanya Pinto is a strategic marketer with international experience and a proven track record of uncovering powerful consumer insights. Currently a Director in Microsoft's Research + Insights team, Tanya brings strategic consulting and storytelling to help land consumer insights that influence business and marketing strategies.
Prior to Microsoft, Tanya started her career at The Richards Group, the largest independent branding/ad agency in the US and worked in Brand Management for over 13 years, after which she started her own boutique consulting practice, Shakti Consulting, advising CEOs and senior leaders of consumer brands and NGOs.
Energetic, efficient, poised and professional – Tanya’s analytical skills have helped to create strong brand platforms that have resulted in significant revenue growth, culture change and compelling value propositions.
A global citizen and a committed humanitarian, Tanya has traveled to over 50 countries, lived and worked in over 20 countries and is passionate about working with diverse cultures.
Tanya founded Baal Dan Charities (which means Donation to Children in Hindi) in 2005 and Food Mission - Serving Hope, in 2016, with the mission of supporting impoverished children (mostly orphans and street children) in developing countries. Tanya has raised almost $2 Million to provide aid to over 12,000 children in 12 developing countries through food, supplies, education and numerous other grassroots programs. A few accomplishments include: building a school for 150 children, providing aid to over 20 orphanages and feeding over 1,000 children daily.
Dr. Robert Rippee - UNLV
Dr. Rippee is the Executive Director for UNLV Black Fire Innovation Lab, leading a team of students, faculty, staff, and partner stakeholders in fulfilling the vision and mission for economic development and diversity through problem-solving based innovation - including the development and implementation of an innovation incubation and accelerator curriculum. Black Fire Innovation brings one of the nation's top research institutions to incubate and accelerate problem-solving innovation for hospitality, entertainment, and gaming.
Black Fire Innovation's mission is to create a collaborative, synergistic environment designed to advance student ideas, industry innovation projects, and economic development through advanced technology development.
