Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing before 5:00 pm EST on  September 10, 2021. The Insights Association will issue a credit voucher  for the full amount of your payment, which may be applied towards  registration fee at any future Insights Association event held within 12  months. In lieu of a credit voucher, at your request, Insights  Association will issue a refund which is subject to a $300 cancellation  fee. Cancellations for additional reception tickets are subject to a $75 cancellation fee or a voucher towards your next event registration  within the next 12 months. Cancellations received after 5:00 pm EST on September 10 are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may send a  substitution. Substitutions must be received by emailto and can be made until the start of the event.
