Room Reservations & Deadlines
The Insights Association has reserved a limited number of sleeping rooms at The Breakers at a rate of $275 plus tax per night, for the nights of September 26, 27 and 28. The hotel/room rate reservation deadline is September 1, however, this rate is only guaranteed as long as rooms are available in the Insights Association block, so we suggest making your reservation early. If the room block is sold-out, or if it is after September 1, the hotel will take reservations on a rate and space availability basis only.
To reserve your room, call 1-888-BREAKERS (273-2537). Be sure to identify yourself as an attendee of the Insights Association Insights Industry Leadership Conference to be included within the association's room block. Reserving your room through any method other than that outlined above (including use of a corporate rate, travel websites such as Orbitz and Travelocity, etc.) will exclude your room from being included in the Insights Association room block, therefore, the off-site registration rate will apply.
The following policies are applicable to room reservations:
- Two-night room deposit (excluding taxes) is required at time of reservation.
- 14-day cancellation policy. If a reservation is cancelled or altered within 14 days or arrival, the guest will be charged for each night released.
- If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, the guest will be charged for each night released.
- All reservations require a valid credit card and picture identification at time of check in.
Insights Association Policy
The Insights Association reserves the right to release your hotel room back into the hotel’s inventory if you do not register to attend this conference within five days of reserving your room. Should you fail to register for the conference, or if you cancel your conference registration, the Insights Association will not be responsible for cancelling your hotel room and therefore will not be responsible for any cancellation or no-show fees incurred. The Insights Association also will not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to attendees’ inability to travel as a result of inclement weather.
