Nordic market research specialist Userneeds has partnered with RealityMine, a leader in unique insights into the mobile and digital lives of consumers, to provide a more holistic view of the Nordic digital consumer.
Leveraging Userneeds’ consumer panel of 300,000+ Irish, Finnish, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian members and RealityMine’s RealityMeter technology, clients will gain access to a single-source continuous data set that marries observed digital behavior with validated surveys. As a result, researchers will be able to draw insights about actual consumer actions, preferences and drivers.
This agreement enables Userneeds to profile consumers’ web, app and media usage across PC, tablet and mobile devices. For the first time, media, corporate clients and their research partners will be able to obtain a full profile of the Nordic consumer’s real digital behavior—including on iOS devices.
“By adding best in class behavioral data collection technology to Userneeds’ consumer panel, we are able to unlock key insights on the Nordic consumer,” said Alex Sunnerstam, Senior Vice President of Data Partnerships at RealityMine. “Researchers and advertisers can now combine individual consumers’ digital and ecommerce activity along with survey responses to truly understand the digital shopper.”
“To us, people are so much more than data and surveys are more than the technology that provides insights. Our partnership with RealityMine will allow Userneeds to create an even stronger product portfolio—further enriching the insights we provide to our clients and their target groups,” said Ulrik Hjarnaa, Chief Technology Officer at Userneeds.
