Insights Association member Smarty Pants announced that Suzanne Snapp has joined the organization as Insights Genius. In this role, Suzanne will serve as a senior level manager on quantitative research initiatives for many of the company’s toy, packaged foods and media clients.
Suzanne most recently held the position of Director of Integration Services at Ipsos, where she spent seven years executing large-scale, multi-method studies for Fortune 500 companies. Prior, she spent nearly eight years at Synovate/Symmetrics managing projects for global technology, pharmaceuticals and healthcare clients.
“Suzanne has already had a tremendous impact on our organization. Her background in customer experience research brings a fresh perspective to our quantitative research practice and provides a new expertise,” commented Smarty Pants Quant Savant, Michelle Poris, Ph.D.
Suzanne holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. Based in metro Indianapolis, she expands the company’s Midwest presence.
