Smarty Pants announced that Johanna “Josie” Johnson has joined the organization as Analytics Ace. Johnson is responsible for managing quantitative and mixed-method research projects for the organization’s top entertainment, media and technology clients.

Johnson brings 10 years of market research design, execution and analysis experience to the firm. She most recently served as an associate director of quantitative research at Kelton where she spent three years leading custom quantitative research initiatives for entertainment, food & beverage, travel and technology clients. Prior to Kelton, Johnson specialized in CRM strategy, database and digital analytics, and campaign planning and measurement as an analyst at Leo Burnett.

Johnson is a summa cum laude graduate of Colgate University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a certification in Microeconomic Principles. She is based in Los Angeles, CA.
