Smarty Pants research and consulting firm announced the addition of industry veteran Molly Jackson to its roster. Jackson assumes the role of “Insights Mastermind,” a new position at the growing organization. Her strategic leadership of custom, multi-modal research initiatives spans Smarty Pants’ healthcare, retail and toy clients.

Jackson was most recently an Associate Vice President, Strategy & Accounts at SimpsonScarborough, where she designed research and developed strategies to help colleges, universities and K-12 institutions achieve their recruitment, retention and fundraising goals. Prior, Jackson served as Manager of Business Insights at Kantar Health, conducting qualitative and quantitative research both domestically and abroad for clients like Pfizer and Bausch & Lomb. She began her research career at boutique research firm, WBA Research.

Jackson earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychobiology from Wellesley College. She also completed The Executive Technique program and courses in Principles of Market Research and Principles of Mobile Market Research at The University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education. Jackson also serves as a mentor for Women in Research (WIRe).
