Market Research Institute International, in collaboration with the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel, announces the addition of two new courses in the suite of Principles Express on-demand courses: Advanced Analytic Techniques and Working with Secondary Data: Syndicated and Big Data.

Principles Express courses, which are exclusively offered online and on-demand, are developed by industry experts and are designed for market researchers who need to get up to speed quickly on a key research subject. Each course is self-paced and self-study and can be completed in a matter of days.

The new Advanced Analytic Techniques Principles Express course serves as a primer of the more advanced statistical methods a researcher may encounter. The course teaches the principles behind commonly used advanced statistical methods such as conjoint analysis, multiple regression, or cluster analysis, and advises when to use these techniques.

The phrase “big data” seems to be everywhere, but what does it really mean for market researchers? The new Principles Express course Working with Secondary Data: Syndicated and Big Data tackles that question in introducing students to the many secondary data sources available, including those popularly referred to as “big data.”
